Ryder is hiring a Non-CDL Regional Straight Truck Driver in Grand Junction, CO. Ryder regional driver can anticipate quality home time with family and friends while usually being home through the week and/or on weekends or a combination of both. Compensation:
- Average Weekly Pay: $850+
- $21.00/hour with 40-45 hours per week
- Bonuses
- Unlimited driver referral bonuses

- Ryder will buy your truck if you’re looking to switch from Owner Operator to a Company Employee Driver
Home Time, Route & Schedule:
- Home Time: Home most nights and home weekends
- overnights in Ryder booked hotel, typically 1-2 nights per week
- Monday - Friday. NO WEEKENDS
- Dispatch window: 5am-7am
- Route: Southern CO
- Touch – Cable Equipment/Electronic Equipment
Equipment:
- Trucks are 36 months or newer
- 26' Straight Truck
- Equipment: pallet jack & Lift gate
- 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must have verifiable driving experience in like equipment
- 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
- Must live within 30 miles of Grand Junction, CO
