Aim Transportation Solutions is hiring CDL A Regional Conestoga Flatbed Drivers in York/Harribsurg, PA. Drivers will be hauling aluminum for a dedicated customer based in Wellsville, PA and will primarily drive in PA, NJ, MD, NY, and VA. This is a no-touch freight position with pre-loaded trailers. Aim is where big business meets family-owned and -operated care and concern for our valued commercial truck drivers. Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,750 to $1,850
  • Paid 61 CPM
  • Average of 2,000 miles weekly
  • Stop pay: $29.50 per stop
• Bonuses:
  • Sign on Bonus: $10,000 paid quarterly over 2 years ($1,250 every quarter)
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000 for each driver and diesel mechanic referred
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Home 5-6 nights per week
  • 1-2 overnights weekly
• Schedule: Start 3AM Monday, typically back Friday afternoon
• Route: Regional routes primarily in PA, NJ, MD, NY, VA. No NYC!
  • Dedicated customer
• Level of Touch: No touch freight! Trailers are pre-loaded

Equipment

• Late model truck fleet, no older than 5 years!
• Automatic transmission
• Outward facing cameras
• ELD equipped using Platform Science system
• In house maintenance and diesel mechanic shop

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age  
• Must have CDL A license 
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within past 3 years
  • Flatbed experience preferred
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years 
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Wellsville, PA
