Compensation

• Weekly minimum guaranteed pay: $1,350 - $1,400 based on experience 
  • 56 - 58 CPM based on experience with an average of 2,200 miles a week
• Bonuses:
  • Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days 
  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Performance Bonus: 3% of quarterly earnings based on performance
  • Fuel and Idle bonuses based on mileage and performance
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home 2-3 nights a week and home weekends!
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Route: Midwest
• Hauling: Auto parts
• Level of Touch: No Touch Freight (live load and unload)

 

Equipment

• High-quality Freightliner and Volvo trucks & equipment 
• Automatic
• GPS (SAMSARA)
• Governed speed: 68 mph 

 

Qualifications 

• Must be at least 21 years of age  
• Must have CDL A license 
• Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
• No DUI/DWIs in last 10 years 
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Hebron, KY or be willing to relocate for this position
