NFI Industries is hiring CDL A Dedicated Regional Reefer Drivers in KY & TN.

Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500-$1,700
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Bonus Pay

• $2,500 Sign-on Bonus
• Uncapped bonus programs – Quarterly/Annual Safety Bonus - This is based on overall financial performance and driver safety
• $100 Clean Roadside Inspection Bonus
• Unlimited $2,000 Driver Referral Bonus (paid out at 30 days and 90 days)

Home Time & Route

• Home Time: Regional - Home Two Days/Wk (plus possible midweek hometime)
• Operating Area:  Franklin, KY
• DC to store, driver tailgate

 

Equipment

• Late model automatic Freightliner/International /Volvo with Sleepers
• 53’ trailers
• Reefer & Sleeper tractors - no slip seating!

 

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable Class A commercial driving experience in a similar type/size vehicle with safe driving record.
• Must have CDL A license from your state of residence
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• No DUIs/Careless/Reckless convictions in the past 5 years. No more than 2 in 5 years.
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of the below cities or be willing to relocate for this position
  • Franklin, KY
  • Bowling Green, KY
  • North of Nashville, TN
