Compensation
- Average Annual Pay: $85,000-$90,000
- Paid via direct deposit weekly
Bonus Pay
- Uncapped bonus programs – Quarterly/Annual Safety Bonus - This is based on overall financial performance and driver safety
- $100 Clean Roadside Inspection Bonus
- Unlimited $2,000 Driver Referral Bonus (paid out at 30 days and 90 days)

Home Time, Route, & Schedule
- Home Time: Home Two Days a week (plus possible midweek hometime)
- Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, start times 5:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
- Operating Area: WI, MN, IA, SD, & ND
- Level of Touch: Drop & Hook/ No Touch
Equipment
- Late model automatic Freightliner/International /Volvo
- 53’ trailers
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable Class A commercial driving experience in a similar type/size vehicle with safe driving record
- Must have CDL A license from your state of residence
- Hazmat (NFI will assist if needed)
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- No DUIs/Careless/Reckless convictions in the past 5 years. No more than 2 in 5 years.
- Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 75 miles of Oak Creek, WI or be willing to relocate for this position
